Leave Submissions

Review and process employee leave and vacation requests. Workers submit leave requests from the mobile app or web portal, and administrators approve or reject them here. Approved leave automatically blocks the worker from being scheduled and appears as a leave indicator on the scheduling views.

Overview

Leave Submissions — list of employee leave requests with status, date range, leave type, and approval actions

The Leave Submissions page shows all leave requests with their current approval status.

Leave Request Fields

Approval Workflow

  1. Worker submits a leave request from the mobile app or web portal.
  2. The request appears in the Leave Submissions list with status Pending.
  3. Administrator reviews the request and checks for scheduling conflicts.
  4. Click Approve to grant the leave or Reject with a reason.
  5. Approved leave blocks the worker from being scheduled on those dates.
  6. The worker receives a notification of the decision.

Status Indicators
