The Timesheet Matrix is the primary view for reviewing, approving, and managing worker timesheets. It displays all submitted timesheets in a grid format — workers on the left, dates across the top — giving administrators a complete picture of hours worked across the organization for any pay period.

Bulk Timesheet Entry lets foremen and administrators enter time for multiple workers on a single screen — a critical workflow for ICI contractors where foremen report crew time at the end of each day. Instead of each worker submitting individually, the foreman enters hours for the entire crew in one pass.
📄️ Mobile Timesheet Submission
Field workers can submit daily timesheets directly from the Appello mobile app. The mobile timesheet captures hours worked, job assignment, cost codes, and any notes — then sends it to the office for approval through the Timesheet Matrix.
📄️ Timesheet Export & Payroll
Export approved timesheets for payroll processing. Appello generates exports that include calculated wages, overtime premiums, travel allowances, board, parking, and union deductions — eliminating manual payroll calculations.
📄️ Clock In / Out Report
Review clock-in and clock-out events submitted by workers via the mobile app. Includes GPS-backed punches for location verification, timestamps, and job associations. Use this report to audit attendance, spot missing clock events, and reconcile with timesheet submissions.
