Calendar Schedule

The Calendar Schedule provides a traditional calendar view of all job assignments, making it easy to see daily and weekly workload distribution across your organization. It complements the Job Schedule (project-focused) and User Schedule (worker-focused) with a date-centric perspective.

Overview

Calendar Schedule — weekly view with colored job assignment blocks and leave indicators across 7 days

The calendar displays assignment blocks for each day, showing which jobs have workers scheduled. Click any day to see the full list of assignments, or click an assignment block to view its details.

Views

MonthFull month grid — best for high-level coverage review

Date Navigation

  • Left/Right arrows — Move forward or backward by one period (week or month)
  • Today — Jump to the current date
  • Date picker — Navigate to a specific date

Assignment Blocks

Each colored block on the calendar represents one or more schedule assignments:

Creating Assignments from Calendar

Click on an empty day to create a new assignment:

  1. Select the job from the dropdown.
  2. Select workers or a user group (crew).
  3. Set start and end dates for multi-day assignments.
  4. Click Save.

Workers receive a push notification on the mobile app when a new schedule assignment is created.
