System Logs provides an audit trail of system events such as email notifications, integrations, and automated actions. Use this view to troubleshoot delivery failures or verify that notifications were sent.

Overview

System Logs — audit trail of user actions, API calls, and system events with timestamps

Filters

FilterDescription
Log TypeFilter by log category (e.g. All Log Types, Email, SMS, Sync).
SearchSearch by email address, user name, or user ID.
StatusFilter by delivery status (All Statuses, Delivered, Failed).
Event TypeFilter by event category (All Event Types).
Start DateBeginning of the date range.
End DateEnd of the date range.

Table Columns

ColumnDescription
TimestampDate and time the event occurred.
Log TypeCategory of the log entry.
RecipientThe user or email address the event targeted.
Event TypeThe specific event that triggered the log entry.
StatusDelivery or execution status.
TitleSubject or title of the notification/event.
ErrorError details if the event failed.
