Appello provides several integration points — Twilio for SMS, accounting software connections, and an API credential system for external applications.
Navigation
Access these from three separate Settings screens:
- Settings → Integrations — Twilio SMS
- Settings → Accounting Integrations — Accounting software
- Settings → API Credentials — OAuth / API keys
Integrations (Twilio SMS)
Configure Twilio to enable SMS notifications for your Appello instance.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Twilio Account SID | Your Twilio account identifier. |
| Twilio Auth Token | Authentication token from the Twilio Console. |
| Twilio Phone Number | The Twilio phone number that sends SMS. |
| Test Twilio Integration | Enter a phone number and click Test to verify the integration. |
Usage counters show SMS volume for the current year, month, and day.
Accounting Integrations
Connect Appello to your accounting software for invoice and financial data synchronization.
Select from supported platforms using the dropdown. Once connected, configure sync settings, customer/vendor mapping, and GL account mapping.
API Credentials
Manage OAuth applications and API keys for external integrations.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Label for the API credential. |
| Client ID (API Key) | The unique identifier for API authentication. |
| Status | Active or disabled. |
| Created | Date the credential was created. |
| Actions | Edit or Disable the credential. |
Create API Credential — generate a new OAuth app or API key for external systems to authenticate with Appello.
