Overview

The report shows a chronological list of all clock events with worker name, timestamp, location, and associated job.
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Employee | Worker who clocked in/out |
| Date | Date of the clock event |
| Clock In | Time the worker started |
| Clock Out | Time the worker finished |
| Duration | Total hours between clock-in and clock-out |
| Job | Job the worker was assigned to |
| Location | GPS coordinates or address (if location services enabled) |
| Status | Complete (both in and out), Missing Clock-Out, etc. |
Common Use Cases
| Scenario | How to Identify |

| Missing clock-out | Status shows "Missing Clock-Out" — worker forgot to punch out |
| Late arrival | Clock-in time is significantly after scheduled start |
| Location mismatch | GPS location doesn't match the job site address |
| Overtime verification | Duration exceeds 8 hours — cross-reference with timesheet OT |

How Clock Data Connects to Timesheets
Clock-in/out data provides an audit trail alongside timesheet submissions. While timesheets record the official hours for payroll, clock events verify actual attendance. Discrepancies between the two can be flagged for review.
Permission Note
This route (/overview/clock-in-out-report) requires elevated permissions. If you see a 401 error, request a role with clock reporting access from an administrator.
