The Form Report provides analytics and submission tracking across all form templates. Review submission counts, completion rates, and drill into individual submissions for audit and compliance purposes.

Overview
The Form Report displays a summary of all form submissions with filtering and search capabilities.
Key Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Submissions | Count of all form submissions in the date range |
| By Form Type | Breakdown of submissions per form template |
| By Job | Which jobs have the most form activity |
| By Worker | Which workers submitted forms |
| Completion Rate | For mandatory forms — percentage completed vs. required |

Click any submission to view the full completed form, including:
- All field responses
- Photos and attachments
- Digital signatures
- GPS coordinates and timestamp
- Submission device and version
