Overview

Estimates Report — list of estimates with customer, amount, status, and conversion tracking

The Estimate Report provides a consolidated view of all estimates across your organization. Use it to track pipeline value, monitor conversion rates, and identify estimates that need follow-up. Each row links to the full estimate detail where you can edit, approve, or convert to a project.

Filter and export as provided in your build. For change-order reporting, use Change Order Report (/overview/change-order-report) from the same CRM menu.

Conversion tracking

Once an estimate is approved, it can be converted into a project:

ActionResult
Convert to ProjectCreates a new project pre-populated with the estimate's customer, scope, and budget.
Link to Existing ProjectAssociates the estimate with an already-created project for tracking.
Create Change OrderIf scope changes after approval, a change order can be issued against the original estimate.

Converted estimates maintain a link back to the original so you can trace the full sales-to-operations pipeline.
