Manage customer, general contractor, and vendor company records. Companies are linked to projects, estimates, and invoices — forming the customer side of Appello's operational data model.

Overview

Companies — searchable directory of customer and vendor company records with status and contact details

The Companies page displays all company records in a filterable list. Each row shows the company name, primary contact, phone, email, and status.

Creating a Company

  1. Click Add New in the top right.
  2. Fill in the company details: name, address, phone, email.
  3. Set the company type (Customer, GC, Vendor, etc.).
  4. Click Save.

Click any company row to open its detail page with tabs:

Linking to Projects

When creating a project, you select the customer company from the CRM. This links the project to the company for reporting and billing purposes.
