Appello Intelligence

Appello Intelligence is the AI layer built into the Appello platform. It brings artificial intelligence capabilities directly to the workflows your team uses every day — from field note enhancement to intelligent scheduling suggestions. Unlike bolt-on AI tools, Appello Intelligence operates within your data context, understanding your projects, workers, certifications, and financial performance.

AI Capabilities​

AI Note Rewriting​

Field workers write rough notes in real time — shorthand, abbreviations, and trade jargon. Appello Intelligence can rewrite these notes into clear, professional documentation suitable for client reports and project records.

Before (raw field note):

Pulled cal-sil off #2 boiler steam header. Existing falling apart. Got 40ft of 6" main stripped and prepped. Condensate return OK just needs new jacketing on the elbow.

After (AI rewrite):

Removed existing calcium silicate insulation from the #2 boiler steam header — insulation was deteriorated beyond repair. Stripped and prepared approximately 40 linear feet of the 6-inch main steam line for re-insulation. Inspected the adjacent condensate return line — existing lagging is in acceptable condition, requiring only jacketing replacement on the elbow section.

Language Translation​

For multilingual job sites, AI translation converts notes between languages while preserving technical terminology:
